PBIS Code of Cooperation
Our Code of Cooperation matrix provides guidelines for behavior in classrooms, in the bathroom, in the hallways, in the cafeteria, on the bus, and in assemblies.
Teachers should partner with a “buddy teacher” for situations that require more distance; however, all efforts should be made to keep students in the classroom. Students should not be sent into the hallways to work without supervision.
If a situation becomes threatening to student safety or consistently interrupts the learning environment, the teacher should call the office, and assistance will be provided. At this point, the intervention will be at the discretion of the administrative team.
